Adalyn was one of the most expressive cake smash kiddos, so bubbly and full of expressive faces. She was also so sweet that the flies loved her. I can't tell you how many flies I had to get rid of as I edited. This location was worth it though, I just loved it. I also loved the theme that her parents went with. Beach party and close to being a 4th of July baby! So cute! If you didn't realize it yet, cake smashes have always been a favorite type of session for me because watching a little cutie play, devour a cake, and get messy is just way too fun. I was nervous at first that Adalyn wouldn't be into it but sure enough it was a hit.

This family is SO good looking. I appreciated the fact that they didn't mind me taking them thru dirt and brush to get to special spots. It made for some BEAUTIFUL pictures. If you know my stuff at all, you know I love putting babies in crates and baskets, I'm not sure I'll ever grow tired of it. Little Mia looked precious just hanging out in a basket in the middle of some high weeds. Big sister Lily was shy at first but I got her talking by the end. She's simply stunning and worked thru the fact that the flies loved her...way too much. Vincent and Sarah are lucky parents and their kids are lucky. I just loved how I genuinely had fun with them. Thank you Garcia family for dealing with flies and dirt. You smiled the whole time...your family is beautiful!

I adored this family from the second I met them. And how did I meet them you ask? I was setting up for a newborn shoot and Ester came walking over to introduce herself and ask about taking photos of her family. Isn't that so special? It's a rarity that I have someone follow thru with booking after meeting me in this way, but they did. Sometimes in life you just know when it is a God thing. Meeting them was all God. I love Ester's love for the Lord and how open they talk about Him. I loved watching them have such a sweet love for their children, their blessings...God's masterpieces. It was a joy filled session with smiling the whole time and giggles every now and then. I thought it was extra special that we did their session on Father's Day. So special for Billy to have these moments captured with his family. I LOVED meeting you all, thank you for coming up to me Ester, it's something I will never forget.

I literally wanted to eat Brian & Nickol's 3 kids right up. The pictures of the three of them together literally made my heart want to burst. Scroll down a bit, you will find them. Tell me you don't agree, I dare you. The oldest, Donovan (hope I spelled that right)...well I could have listened to him talk all day. Pretty sure he would have talked to me all day too. My little brother and I were obsessed with TMNTs growing up, so Donovan's love for his Ninja Turtle bonded us immediately. The last image I share below is adorable! Brian and Nickol you have such patience and love for your children and each other. It was truly a joy to capture these for you. Your whole family is so sweet and gorgeous. It was a lovely evening.

I'm a huge fan of watching my clients family grow. When Autumn contacted me because she is expecting a baby girl, her second child, I was thrilled for her. I remember our last session and like my nephew, her little man Liam, loves to go go go. And during the maternity session that sure was the case again. However, the smiles I did get from Mr. Liam sure made my heart smile. He doesn't realize what a cutie he is and how when he is happy and smiles, the world stops. I seriously just adore the ones I was able to get. And Autumn, Liam's gorgeous Mama, was truly glowing.
