Giveaway winner Naomi was excited to get updated family pictures which made me excited too. I love knowing that I am helping create memories. I have to say I love that her and her family aren't matchy matchy. Also look at her awesome pink hair. She's gorgeous! Just such an awesome and good looking family.

It was a beautiful day for a senior session. Saige was super shy at first but I got her to warm up with my witty personality & charm. I joke, but I did get real smiles and she relaxed along the way. She basically rocked the session and it was an honor meeting her and especially capturing some photos in the end of her & her family.

Get ready for two gorgeous people who are so excited to meet their little man. I have to say, I cannot wait to meet Leonardo either after falling for these two. This session was full of laughs and so fun. Their connection and love for each other & their son is undeniable. It was a joy to capture these moments.

I was so honored to finally be able to do my first Homecoming and have it be for this sweet family. Due to too busy of a schedule I have had to hand over my Homecomings to my wedding partner over at River Sisters. She has done such a wonderful job and I was starting to wonder if I could finally get my chance. Scheduling wise, the Mannon family's Homecoming worked out perfect. It felt so natural and easy to just hang out with Rachel and her son Chase and some of their friends. It was comfortable and fun to capture them just waiting for their other half to be reunited with them. If you know me well, you better believe I had tear filled eyes as I snapped pictures of them embracing each other after hours of waiting. I couldn't have been happier. If you scroll down and look thru all the pictures, there is one in particular that made my heart ache, in a good way. I absolutely got choked up when Chief Mannon super quick bent down to kiss his wife's baby belly. No one asked him to do that, it wasn't staged. He let his son race into his arms, then kissed his wife, and then like I said within seconds he kissed the belly. That night when I was home offloading all my photos and checked to see if that one actually came out... well I felt like crying all over again because it did and it was perfect. Honestly one of those moments I'll remember forever.

I loved seeing Miss Caylee again. Can't believe from just the end of last year, how big she has gotten and she's a walker! She was so happy to just walk around and wasn't a huge fan of her cake but we got cute shots. I managed to act a fool and had plenty of help keeping her entertained. Also take a look at her gorgeous lips and eyes. I wasn't kidding, I'll say it again, stunning! I keep getting to photograph the cutest 1 year olds!
