Cake Smash // Reid & family
Goodness me I just love cake smashes. Okay I really love all shoots because quite frankly I'm obsessed with my job in a healthy way I promise. But cake smashes are just so fun for me. To end a shoot with a cute kid stuffing their face like nobody is watching, it's hilarious and awesome. Last time I saw Reid he was a little newborn. Now look at this healthy blue eyed adorable boy. Love watching my little clients grow, it warms my heart. So glad this gorgeous family included themselves in Reid's first birthday pictures. I always recommend it as a great age to capture family and individual photos.
Families // Andrada
I LOVE photographing extended families. I truly recommend to, every year or so, get as many together as you can in your family for pictures. There is this one picture I have in my grandparents backyard. I'm about 9 or so and its Easter. So many of my family is in this one picture, I just cherish it. Memories flood my mind whenever I look at it. This family was so gracious, kind, funny, and laid back. We laughed and smiled a lot. I adored the little ones and was honored to capture so many set ups with them. Thank you for choosing me you guys. It was so much fun!
Fresh 48 // Christian R.
Whenever I get the chance to do a fresh 48 session I can't even handle how excited I get. It's such a different experience than any other shoot. In case you don't know what a fresh 48 session is, it is just that. A chance to photograph a precious new child within 48 hours of life. Newborns change so fast so this session is barely edited and with Christian I loved being able to capture his new-ness. His father is my husbands good friend, someone he looks up to; so I didn't even have to think twice about making sure I could fit this into my schedule. Christian is precious and looks like his big brother. Speaking of big brother, Noah is a ham and a half. I'm kinda obsessed with his dimple. Ruiz family thank you for letting me capture this special time in your lives!
Newborn // Andrew
One of the sweetest tiniest newborn babies I've ever had the pleasure of photographing. At almost 6lbs, Andrew was such a good sleeper! He let me pose him or he would just put himself in the cutest positions. Not only was he a sweetie but I completely adored his family. I love when I get to do a family's maternity photos and then meet their newest addition. It warms my heart. Like I always say make sure you look at them all, the very last ones show one adorable big sister loving on her little bro. So precious!
Couples // Chris & Mary
When Chris emailed me interested in a session with him and his wife, I thought... Well first I thought my husband would never do this (he hates pictures) and then I thought how sweet. Chris is awesome! It was a birthday gift for her and what a great one it was...if I do say so myself. I truly enjoyed these two lovebirds the minute I met them and snapped that first image. They were so smiley, carefree, laidback, and SO in love. Mary is gorgeous and when she stares at Chris, it made me feel their love. When Chris would smile at Mary, I swear both their eyes would sparkle back at one another. Chris & Mary thanks so much for making my job so easy, it was such a wonderful evening capturing memories for you two.
