This is the last photoshoot I'll be doing for this family...for now. Never say never that our paths won't cross in the future and I can get some more memories for them on camera. But for now, they are moving up North. I cannot believe that I have been helping document their lives for them for over 2 years with my pictures! Jamie and Nick's maternity session (their first session with me) was one of those photoshoots where I knew that this is what I wanted to do. I for sure wanted to document life inside the belly and out and watch families grow. To take pictures of their bond, love, and real moments. It has been a complete joy to be a part of their lives in this way. I'm so proud of Nick for providing for his beautiful family and for Jamie whose strength is so evident in all she does. Their love for each other and their little girl is so easy to see and a true blessing to capture. Below are some of my favorites from their session.

I was thrilled that Wickerd Farms let us in early this year to take pictures and even happier my clients introduced me to this gem of a place. It has a pumpkin patch, adorable little bridges, open trails, a giant oak tree with swings underneath, and of course a Christmas tree lot. It was so adorable and gorgeous there and I was lucky enough to be capturing the love between this precious family of 3. So many favorites below from this session. Enjoy!

The instant I shook Arlo's hand I felt a peace. Why you ask? Well he is a San Diego firefighter, my Papa was a San Diego firefighter. He loved his job and worked hard. We lost him a few years back and I always get reminders of him from time to time and feel his love extra strong around me. Like I said I felt a peace and extra smiley for this beautiful family's session. They were a joy to be around. Their outfits were on point and their happiness & love for one another was infectious. Nieto family enjoy some of my favorites below. Thank you for being so wonderful.

Teeny tiny Charlotte was a complete sleeping beauty. She let me move her constantly and get lots of sweet detail shots. Her little 6 pound body fit in my smaller props and it was fun finding new spots in the forest to take pictures in. She loved having her little mouth open and just LOVED being all cuddled up. I truly adore her family so I had been waiting to for this beauty to arrive! Below are some of my favorites!

I love laid back fun families. The McCaverty's were easy going and I loved capturing their family in the beautiful evening light of the forest. Brooklyn and Colin are so stinkin' cute, sometimes I forgot I was there to photograph. I just wanted to play and interact with them. That Colin stole my heart when he sat down in my lap for some quick cuddles before I followed him around again like his personal paparazzi. Brooklyn is a gem and loves posing for the camera. Below are some of my favorites.
