My last newborn session before I get to meet my baby boy this Summer. So bittersweet. If you know me well you know I'm obsessed with photographing maternity and newborn sessions, especially cuddling little babies and setting up each photo op. It's so much fun for me but with my growing belly it was getting too hard. I first have a give a huge shoutout to my assistant Alexis who literally let me hold her hand to walk, get up of the ground, move in weird positions, etc. She helped sooth sweet Danika and made this session go smoothly so thank you Lex! Now back to Danika, my oh my was she a dream baby to photograph. Once I got her into a deep sleep she was great to pose even with random wind blowing about and moving her ever so often. And yep you guessed it, her cheeks killed me! Gosh baby cheeks get me every time. She's a little beauty that's for sure and below are some of my favorites from her session. I have to say watching her Daddy love on her and tend to her needs warmed my heart. Danika has the most amazing and loving parents.

Such an adorably sweet family I got to spend some time with last week. They needed updated family pictures and of course we had to capture Brick's 1st birthday by ending with a cake smash. It was seriously so fun to get shots of Brick stuffing his face with cake. I about died of laughter when he leaned down to shove his face in the frosting. Make sure to scroll down to see that hilarious image!

I always love when my clients want me to photograph them with some of their extended family. It's a great opportunity to capture memories especially for the children to look back on. I cherish the photo albums my parents gave me with lots of smiling happy family members in them. I highly recommend doing this...even if you can't yearly at least try to as new members join the clan. It was a beautiful evening at the Ranch, thank you Murrieta Wine Field for always allowing us photogs on your property for shoots. Below are some of my favorites images.

I love watching this family grow. Annabelle is now two and is one of my favorite littles. She gives the best hugs and has the most adorable smile. Charlotte I hadn't seen since I did her newborn photos and she is 6 months of pure sweetness now. Thank you Rossoll for always allowing me to document your beautiful family. Below are some of my favorites.

This stunning photogenic family was a joy to be around. As silly as it may seem, when I saw all their outfits as they got out of their car, I instantly got excited. Dressed to impress and ready to let me capture them. Seriously Carrasco family you guys are beautiful inside and out. Thank you for letting me get you updated pictures. Below are some of my favorites.
