I love laid back fun families. The McCaverty's were easy going and I loved capturing their family in the beautiful evening light of the forest. Brooklyn and Colin are so stinkin' cute, sometimes I forgot I was there to photograph. I just wanted to play and interact with them. That Colin stole my heart when he sat down in my lap for some quick cuddles before I followed him around again like his personal paparazzi. Brooklyn is a gem and loves posing for the camera. Below are some of my favorites.

The light was gorgeous this late afternoon at the forest. Wait until you see these cute brothers in it. The family shots I was able to get make me smile ear to ear. Why? Because if they had video attached you would have heard me acting a fool trying to get little one's attention. So hilarious! Below are some of my favorites. I'm thrilled I got to capture memories for this sweet family before Dad deployed. Knowing he can take a photograph with him of his beautiful family is awesome. Such a sacrifice and I couldn't feel more grateful to him and all those that fight for us. God bless the USA.

I feel like I mention it a lot but still people don't know. I do weddings and I get to do them with one of my very best friends! You can find our work on our website www.riversistersphotography.com and/or by browsing our Facebook page here. Why am I randomly mentioning this? Well, Chelsea was the gorgeous maid of honor to our August bride and more importantly is her sister. These two have a bond that was so sweet to capture. I was thrilled when Chelsea wanted to do family pictures with me. I already fell in love with her little man Leo and was honored to capture their beautiful family of three. Below are some of my favorites.

I was so flattered when Tammy of Kenzie's Corner Kidwear asked me to photograph her best friend's new baby boy. I was also thrilled she could join me. Just wait until you see this little man's pictures below. Perfect little face with gorgeous eyes and big cheeks. If you follow my blogs you know I have this obsession with newborn cheeks. I just can't handle them. Jacob slept consistently for well over an hour as I cuddled, moved, and posed him. He rocked it. Below are some of my favorites. Enjoy!

So special to have been able to photograph sweet Emily and her family. Last time I saw her was a year ago for her newborn session. She is so stunning and is as cute as a button. I can honestly close my eyes and remember her newborn session. It was perfect and fun and she slept like a champ. At the Rose Garden we fought for smiles but I have to say when she smiled it was divine. She is surrounded by such a loving and beautiful family. Thank you Gray family for coming back to me to document these new memories for you. Below are some of my favorites.
